On the road again
I just can't wait to get on the road again
Goin' places that I've never been.
Seein' things that I may never see again
Seein' things that I may never see again
I can't wait to get on the road again
Thank you for that intro Willie !
(Carol S. will be singing this song all day ! hehe)
Meet my Tammy !
She and I are about to take a road trip to South Dakota to see my Mama on her 89th birthday !

Happy birthday Mama ! (88 here)
I'll also get to see my brother... he cracks me up !
And I'll see my 3 crazy, funny, wonderful sisters !
I'm "sew" excited, I just can't hide it !
(There's another song for you Carol. hehe )

Anyway, on with my bag....
I made my Tammy out of some Kaffe Fassett fabric that I bought at the Brownwood quilt show last April. When I bought it I thought to myself ,
" What in the world am I going to make with this ? This style is so not me !"
Ta Da !
She's all packed and ready for the road trip to South Dakota !
Are you wondering what's in there ?
well....let me show you !

I have 2 embroidery projects, (something with Texas on it, are you surprised ? ) the trusty needle threader, marking pen, Clover seam ripper, (you never know when you'll need to "unsew" something),
my Precencia and Aurifill threads, my scissors, and of course my up close and personal specs.
This should keep me busy while Ranch Man drives.... don't you think ?.

These specs are 3 or 4 years old, so evidently this fabric was more my style than I thought !
OK, so last week Lynn let a cat out of her bag, and I made the statement to someone, about wondering if I could get a chicken in mine, so..... I opened my Tammy and called the chickens.
Here chick chick !
Fonzie, the rooster with the big red comb, decided he should look the situation over first.
Then he thought he better call the girls and get their opinion .
By the look on their faces, I think they must have decided..... I was clucking crazy !
