Pin It Hop

My Ranch Patrol Foreman is so  talented !

This is how it used to look when I did hand work while watching TV in the evening....
messy and actually a bit dangerous.

But not anymore ! 
I've been going to make an armchair pin cushion for quit some time and this hop was the push I needed...although I did put off making it until Monday...yes, that's right, this past Monday.
I'm beginning to think I'm a Deadline Diva ! 

I love this thing and I needed it !
The fabric is Maison de Garance by French General.
 Oo- La- La Magnifique !
I fussy cut and appliqued the flower, then quilted everything before I bound it all together.
The finished dimension is 7" x 21"



Oh, you knew I would have to make a chicken pin cushion to match didn't you ?
 I would have let you down if I didn't !

Meet Clara Cluckmore. 
I made her with half square triangles. Yes, those are real feathers.
No, I didn't go pluck my chickens, they're molting right now.
