Selfie of Sorts

By the time I finished with the 3000 and 25 seams,(or something like that)...
from the Grand ILLusion Mystery, I was seams weary.
(Nothing against Bonnie, love her and her quilts are wonderful)
I decided to make a self portrait of how I felt about seams with the some of the left-over GIM fabrics.
I call it "Lions and Tigers and Seams"
Have a blessed day !

This is hilarious! While I didn't do the GIM, I identify with the expression on your face from other projects I have done!

ROFL That is precious. I love how the quilts with the 3000 seams turn out though.

LOL Vickie! Bonnie's quilts are beautiful, but she does have a lot going on. Have a wonderful week.

Lol, your expression fits how I'm feeling with the GIM about now, I have six lonnng seams left = borders, or which two sides are on, and then I'm "done". Very talented to come up with that selfie and utilize the leftovers.

Fabulous self portrait, I'm sure many of us felt that way, but in the end it always worth it.

Vickie: I don't know what a GIM is... but I love this art quilt. It is my favorite! So full of fun and full of life... colorful. I hope you enter it in something - maybe at Houston Quilt Fest! And I can definitely relate to your expression. Soooo cool.
