Sewing for Family

I would love to share some things with you that I recently made my kids.

My daughter and her family are going to Disney World next week.
"Sew", I made all the girls some iphone pouches ! You know how it is, teenage girls have to have that iphone stuck to them somewhere......well even if we're, let's say....over 50, we carry them close. They can put their phone and little necessities in them, sling them over their shoulders and not worry about laying them down and forgetting them somewhere. I designed them to fit each personality. My daughters pouch is the one that says...yes, you guessed correctly....Have you seen this woman ?

I got my son's birthday quilt delivered Sunday....
My sewing machine had gone ca-poot right before I was about to put the binding on, then we had to leave for South Dakota, so all I could do for his birthday was show it to him.
I wrote a bit about the quilt here and here.

Have a great day and God bless you.

You are so much fun Vickie!! Those bags are so full of personality with their sayings on them! Shane was making me laugh with his antics, lol. It looks as though he loves his fabulous quilt though.

Vickie your quilt, or should I say your sons quilt, is beautiful...I know he will treasure it. And I love the purses. I tried to make one like that recently for myself but had no pattern and couldn't seem to get the measurements right. Your fabric selections are wonderful. Blessings, Marlene
