Where'd I Put THAT !

The Nancy Drew is a Clue hop day is finally at More Stars in Comanche ! Yippee !
I made some things to help me keep track of all the stuff I set down,
and then forget where !
I thought that was a good idea, after all, Nancy Drew finds thing that are lost or stolen ....Right ?

To keep track of my jewelry (especially when traveling ), I made a jewelry pouch, using  this tutorial.

It has handy dandy dividers all around the inside of it.
You can put your earrings, pins, bracelets, or whatever in them.
You could use this pouch to keep your sewing stuff in !

Do you ever have to call yourself to find your iphone ?
I do !
So I made an iphone pouch using this tutorial. However, I couldn't get it under the pressure foot of my machine to sew the side seams, because the interfacing, fabrics and batting were really thick.
 Hmmmm, watt to do?
Sew the sides together by hand, with a blanket stitch !
It looks spiffy.....don't you think "sew"?

This pouch was the first one I made for the iphone,  but it was too small.
 Awww..... sad face  :(
Hmmmmm, watt can I do with this !

I know ! Put my truck key on it and stash a little cash in the pocket !

The eye glass case is the best because I'm always losing my glasses !
The ones in the picture above are actually my sewing cheaters.
The glasses I need to see with are rimless, "sew" they're very hard to find !

Here are 6  pictures of those glasses.
SEE....you couldn't find them either could ya !

Last, but not least ! A bookmark, using this tutorial.
This was a bright idea.
Now that I have all those goodies, I'm not losing my stuff as much !
Yeah ! Happy face !   :)

Here's the hop schedule for your convenience.

for cheering all of us on in yet another fab hop !

I almost forgot about having a little giveaway !
I'm going to give one of YOU, one of my FAVORITE things!
A Clover seam ripper.
I love them "sew" much...I keep at least 3 on hand in case I lose one.
(I should have made something for my seam ripper from my Nancy Drew fabric!)

With this little honey, I don't mind having to rip out stitches.
All I have to do is run it down the seam in between the 2 pieces of fabric.
What used to take me 30 minutes to rip out, now takes me 30 seconds !
